Use of Coupons – Just because the order form allows for “coupons” doesn’t mean there are any coupons available. Where and when to use a coupon? If you are using a coupon, you will be asked to enter the coupon code on the “check-out” page of our order form.

Please visit our FAQ below for an explanation. “I haven’t received my study” – Literally all publication orders are processed & shipped in three hours or less. If you place an order and have not received it via email within four hours please carefully check your trash and spam folders for emails from [email protected]. Regrettably, some email programs and clients mistakenly divert our emails containing attachments or links into trash or spam folders. Please be sure that [email protected] is “whitelisted” in your email program.
