This information-packed study provides average and median salary data for 24 of the industry's most popular positions, including general managers and CSRs, as well as graphic designers, and digital and offset press operators. Also included are mailing and large format specialists.
More than 200 firms participated in this most recent survey. Participants reported average 2018 (projected) sales of $1.7 Million and median sales of $1 million, according to NPRC.
Average sales per employee (SPE) for participants in this year's survey was $139,000. Median SPE was slightly lower at $134,000 - both figures are remarkably similar to what was reported in 2016.
